Dear Customer

Kromachem Ltd is aware of the REACH legislation that came into effect on 1st June 2007 and the projected timetable for pre-registration and registration. 

We are pleased to announce that on 1st August 2008 we successfully submitted to ECHA a pre-registration portfolio for all chemicals which Kromachem imports or manufactures.  The reference number for this submission is QP159109-14. 

As a distributor or downstream user we are also in constant contact with our suppliers and can confirm that all necessary work to ensure pre-registration within the specified timetable is being made. 

At the present time we are not aware of any substance used in our product range that will not be pre-registered and registered.
